This is a nice, large shark tooth. It is a Carcharocles megalodon tooth, an extinct White Shark tooth from South Carolina. The tooth has a great root. The serrations and tip are intact and sharp. This is a large example of a fossil shark tooth from the river deposits of South Carolina.
