Here is a very collectible Mako Shark tooth. This is a very fine Isurus hastalis tooth from Venice, Florida. This tooth is quite long and has a very solid root. The colorful enamel is beautifully preserved, and the tip of the tooth and cutting edges are nicely showcased. Both sides of the tooth display well. This is a very fine example of a fossil Mako tooth from this classic shark tooth locality.
