This is a wonderful Extinct White Shark (Carcharocles megalodon) tooth from the Miocene of South Carolina. This Meg tooth is very robust and has the classic ''arrowhead'' shape fully intact. The beautiful enamel is natural and very well preserved. The serrations are worn, but present, and the root is quite robust. The other side of the tooth is also great - both sides display very well. This is a detailed Meg tooth with beautiful detail preserved.
