Here is a colorful Carcharocles megalodon tooth from the Miocene of Florida. Megalodon teeth from Bone Valley are becoming extremely difficult to obtain. This tooth has a very solid root. The sharp serrations of the tooth are well displayed, and the very tip of the tooth is slightly worn from use. The shiny enamel of the tooth is well preserved, and the pale-green color contrasts wonderfully with the off-white root, making for a stunning display.
