This is a fine example of a Whitetip Shark Tooth from the Indian Ocean. The tooth is complete - even the substantial root of the tooth is intact. The tooth has sharp serrations, similar to a Great White tooth. The tooth shows almost no wear on the serrations or tip. This is a very impressive tooth from a modern-day Whitetip Shark, great for jewelry or a gift.
