Here is a beautiful Carcharocles megalodon tooth from the Miocene of Bone Valley, Florida. Megalodon teeth from Bone Valley are becoming very difficult to obtain. This tooth has a very solid root. The sharp serrations of the tooth are well displayed, and the very tip of the tooth and part of one side has a small amount of feeding damage and consequent wear.. The shiny enamel of the tooth is well preserved with wonderful, natural butterscotch coloration. This is a very colorful shark tooth from Bone Valley, Florida.
