Location:  Khouribga Basin, Morocco
Size:  Tooth is 1.2 inches across

This is an extremely hard-to-find shark tooth. It is an excellent Squalicorax bassanii Tooth from the Khouribga phosphate plateau region of Morocco. This type of shark is an extinct Crow Shark. This specimen is very sharp and has a very large tip and serrations. It has a beautiful, natural butterscotch coloration. This is a very nice example of this uncommon Moroccan shark tooth
