Carcharocles megalodon Tooth

This is an excellent specimen of a Carcharocles megalodon tooth from the Miocene deposits of South Carolina. The root of the tooth is very solid and substantial, and the shiny enamel is wonderfully preserved on both sides of the tooth. The sharp serrations are clearly defined and easily seen. The tooth has outstanding, natural color, and both sides display very well. This is a great example of an Extinct Giant White Shark tooth.
