Very Unusual Black Megalodon Shark Tooth

Name:   Carcharocles megalodon Tooth
Age:  Miocene

Location:  South Carolina
Size:  Tooth is 3.6 inches long

This is a very uncommon Carcharocles megalodon tooth from the Miocene of South Carolina. The root is very solid and well preserved. The serrations of the tooth are nicely displayed and quite sharp. The shiny black enamel is extremely unusual and displays well on both sides of the tooth. This is a very fine ''Black Meg'' tooth from this extinct Giant White Shark.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.
