Here is a fine fossil shark tooth from South Carolina. This is a large Carcharocles megalodon from the Miocene River Deposits. This colorful tooth has a very solid root and a great tip and serrations. This tooth has beautiful natural color and is very thick and 3-dimensional. The shiny enamel is well preserved on both sides of the robust tooth. And at over four inches long, it is an impressive fossil tooth. This is a very collectible specimen of a fossilized shark tooth from the ancient version of ''Jaws''.
