This is a beautiful fossil shark tooth. It is a large Isurus sp. (Mako) tooth from the Miocene of Chile. This specimen is complete and has a very solid and substantial root. The enamel is beautifully preserved and has great natural coloration. Both sides of the tooth are very ''clean'' and display wonderfully. This is an excellent fossil Mako tooth from the Chilean Desert.
