Here is a rare fossil shark tooth from the first true White Shark. This is a beautiful Paleocarcharodon orientalis tooth from the Paleocene of Morocco. This tooth has large, razor-sharp serrations that are very easily seen. Both cusps are present and beautifully preserved, and the tip is sharp and fully intact. And the fact that it is still encased in rock makes it that much more collectible. This is a superb example of this extremely displayable fossil shark tooth still buried in rock.
