This is a huge fossil Mako tooth. It is an extremely large Isurus sp. tooth from Chile. This specimen is simply huge for a Mako - almost three inches long! The enamel has beautiful natural coloration preserved. The tooth also has a very robust root. This is a massive Mako shark tooth from the Southern Hemisphere.
