Here is a rare tooth from the first true White Shark. This is a beautiful Paleocarcharodon orientalis tooth from the Paleocene of Morocco. The razor-sharp serrations are clearly defined, and the very tip of the tooth is pointed and in excellent condition. The root is robust, and the enamel is wonderfully preserved. The natural blond coloration of the tooth is quite striking. This is a great example of this ''showy'' fossil shark tooth.
