This is a very rare fossil. It is a large pavement of Myliobatis (Stingray) teeth from South Carolina. Usually, ray teeth are found as individual rows, and even these single rows are not usually fully intact. This specimen has ELEVEN rows of teeth fully articulated and complete to the edges! This is a rare find, especially from South Carolina. The detail of the teeth is outstanding and the entire pavement displays beautifully. This is a must-have specimen for any major shark fossil collection.
