Five Lamna lerichei Teeth from Alabama
Stock Number  STA01

Name:   Lamna lerichei Teeth
Age:  Eocene
Formation:  Meridan Sand / Tallahatta Formation
Location:  Covington County, Alabama
Size:  Teeth are about 0.5 - 0.7 inches long

Here are five extremely nice shark teeth. These are Lamna lereichei teeth from the Tallahatta Formation of Alabama. These anterior teeth have very solid and substantial roots. The small cusplets are present on both sides of each tooth, and the pointed tips of the teeth are quite sharp. The dark enamel of the teeth is wonderfully displayed. The teeth come in their own plastic display case. These are very fine shark teeth from an obscure Eocene locality.
