This is a rare fossil shark tooth. It is a Hexanchus tooth from Chile. The type of shark this tooth came from is called a Cow Shark. This specimen is very large and has nice enamel. It has good natural coloration. The points of the tips are very sharp. This is a large example of this very uncommon Cow Shark tooth from Chile.
