Here is a superb fossil Great White Shark tooth. It is a large Carcharodon carcharias tooth from the Miocene of Chile. This species is the same type as today's modern Great White Shark, ''Jaws''. This complete specimen displays sharp serrations and the very tip of the tooth is near perfect. The tooth has a very solid, substantial root and the enamel is well preserved and has beautiful coloration. This is a wonderful specimen of a ''true'' Great White Shark tooth from South America.
