This is an excellent Extinct White shark tooth from the Miocene of South Carolina. The root of the tooth is very clean and complete. The serrations are fabulous (see the second photo close-up for details). Both sides of the tooth immaculate - practically flawless. This is a superb example of an Extinct White Shark tooth from the East Coast of the United States.
