Here is a beautiful Carcharocles megalodon tooth from the Pliocene of Bone Valley, Florida that we recently acquired from a major shark tooth collector. Megalodon teeth from Florida are becoming very difficult to obtain. This tooth has a very solid root. The sharp serrations of the tooth are easily seen, and the very tip of the tooth is has classic feeding damage. The shiny enamel of the tooth is also beautifully preserved - the yellow-orange enamel contrasts wonderfully with the off-white root, making for a stunning display. This is a very cool, displayable Bone Valley Meg tooth.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
