Unusual Blue-Grey Megalodon Tooth From Florida
Stock Number  STFCM46

Name:   Carcharocles megalodon Tooth
Age:  Pliocene
Formation:  Bone Valley Formation
Location:  Bone Valley, Florida
Size:  Tooth is almost 3 inches long
Price:  SOLD

Here is a fine Carcharocles megalodon tooth from the Pliocene of Florida that we recently acquired from a major shark tooth collection. Megalodon teeth from Florida are becoming very difficult to obtain. This tooth has a very solid root. The serrations of the tooth are nicely displayed, and the very tip of the tooth exhibits a small amount of natural wear. The shiny enamel of the tooth is well preserved and has great color. The blue-grey enamel contrasts wonderfully with the almost light grey root, making for a stunning display. This is a very collectible shark tooth from Florida.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
